Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange production, ship your order, and follow up on its arrival. We may keep correspondence on file so that we can support repairs and replacements years later — chess sets often outlive the conversations that started them.

Sharing

We share your shipping address with the courier handling delivery (Australia Post or DHL for international orders) and your billing details with our bank for payment processing. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Storage and retention

Records are stored on encrypted local systems in Australia and backed up to a service located in Sydney. We keep order records for seven years to meet Australian taxation requirements; general enquiries are deleted after two years if no order follows.

Your rights
