Within Australia

Australia Post Express, signature on delivery, fully insured. Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days from Hahndorf. A tracking number is sent the day your set leaves the workshop.

International

DHL Express for sets and boards, Australia Post International for accessories. We ship to most countries — typical transit times: New Zealand 5–8 days, Singapore/Hong Kong 7–10 days, UK/EU 7–14 days, USA/Canada 7–12 days.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the full insured value on the customs form. Wood species used (jarrah, Tasmanian oak, boxwood, ebony) are CITES-compliant for international shipment.

Packaging

Every set leaves the workshop in a cedar case, wrapped in cotton calico, padded with shredded recycled paper. The case is itself part of the gift.

Returns

Stock items may be returned in original condition within 14 days. Bespoke commissions cannot be returned but carry our 10-year workshop warranty (see Terms & Conditions).
